About My Visit

Services I offer

test

Wellness & Preventative Care

My comprehensive wellness examinations include a thorough physical assessment, personalized vaccination protocols, and preventative screenings for infection and systemic illnesses. These proactive health visits are designed to detect potential issues early, and maintain your pet's optimal health. We'll discuss your pet's lifestyle and dietary needs and develop a customized preventative care plan that fits their individual requirements.

Illness Diagnosis & Treatment

When your pet is not feeling well, I provide diagnostic evaluations and evidence-based treatment for a range of medical conditions. My approach combines careful examination with appropriate diagnostic testing to identify health issues and develop effective treatment plans. I'll work closely with you to determine if further diagnostics are recommended, and if at-home care or in-hospital treatment would be the most beneficial option for your pet. I am not able to take x-rays.

Behavioral Consultations

Understanding that behavioral assessments can significantly impact your pet's quality of life, I offer initial behavioral assessments and work collaboratively with top local trainers and specialists to develop a customized behavior modification plan that addresses your pet's specific needs. My goal is to restore harmony in your home, increase your pet’s comfort level, and strengthen the human-animal bond.

Telemedicine

I offer extended virtual consultations for established clients that provide convenient access to veterinary guidance from the comfort of your home. These telehealth appointments are ideal for follow-up care, medication adjustments, behavioral discussions, and addressing minor concerns that don't require hands-on-examination.

Pain Management & Hospice

I provide compassionate, tailored pain relief and end-of-life care to ensure your pet's comfort and dignity during their senior years or when facing serious illness. My multimodal pain management approach is customized to each pet's specific needs, focusing on maintaining quality of life and supporting both pets and their families during more difficult times.

Peaceful End-of-Life

I understand that saying goodbye to a beloved companion is one of life's most difficult experiences. My compassionate in-home euthanasia services allow your pet to pass peacefully surrounded by family in the comfort of their own environment. I handle these sacred final moments with the utmost care, respect, and dignity. I can arrange appropriate aftercare services to honor your pet's memory. I welcome any questions you may have about making this decision and what happens during this visit.

International and Domestic Health Certificates

I provide USDA-accredited international health certificates for pets traveling abroad, ensuring that all documentation complies with the specific requirements of each destination country. I work closely with pet owners to plan the appropriate timeline for vaccinations, testing, and paperwork, helping to avoid delays and reduce stress before travel. Whether you're moving overseas or taking a vacation, I’ll guide you through the process and make sure your pet is cleared for travel. By offering these services during house call appointments, I can complete the necessary exam and paperwork in the comfort of your home, making the experience easier for both you and your pet.

Pricing

test

My pricing is designed to remain competitive with traditional in-clinic care, while offering the added comfort and convenience of in-home visits, eliminating the stress of crowded waiting rooms for both you and your pet. The standard fee for a house call and physical exam is $130 for the first pet, with a discounted rate of $50 for each additional pet seen during the same appointment. For added flexibility, you can choose between pay-per-visit services or enroll in a $55/month/pet wellness plan, which includes two annual visits along with comprehensive preventative care such as bloodwork and vaccinations.

Schedule a Visit

You can easily arrange a visit with me using my online scheduling system. Simply request your preferred appointment time online or by calling, and I'll confirm the visit based on availability. When you schedule your visit, you'll be asked questions about your pet to ensure we coordinate care that fits your schedule while allowing me to prepare properly for your pet's needs.

Before the Visit

My visit fees are listed here on my website and discussed upfront, so there are no surprises. Before arriving at your home, I'll review your pet's medical history and any records you've provided when possible. This preparation allows me to make the most of our time together. It ensures I'm ready to address your pet's specific health needs when I arrive.

During the Visit

Every pet is unique, and I believe in creating individualized care plans that work best for your furry family member. My typical house call visits last approximately 45 minutes, giving us plenty of time for a thorough examination, discussion of findings, and development of a treatment plan together. Payment is conveniently handled by credit card at the visit.

After the Visit

I believe in maintaining open communication with my clients. You can reach me by phone, email, or text with any questions or updates about your pet's progress. I'm always eager to hear how your pet is doing! For ongoing care needs, I also offer telemedicine consultations that make follow-up appointments convenient and accessible from your home.
