Cancellation Policy

24 hour notice required for scheduled appointments to cancel or reschedule.  

If an appointment is canceled within the 24 hours, a fee will be charged. If Dr. Meyer arrives at the appointment and someone is not present to allow for the appointment to proceed, Dr. Meyer will wait 15 minutes before leaving.  If no one is present within that timeframe, a fee will be charged for no-show cancellation.  This fee must be paid prior to rescheduling the canceled or missed appointment.
